This entry covers three days of eating… I’ve only photographed the unique cuisine, nothing I’ve eaten twice such as cold and spicey soup, or “pond soup” as Justina calls it. Noodles with clam, Tuesday.
Finally, after 3 trips to Seoul, my first official gig! I performed at what seems to be Seoul’s only experimental sound and video event, Relay. Korean Police arrive in volume as a well organised demonstration arrives nearby. Shoppers pass through these guys as if it were a normal day in town which in fact it is!
You’ll be seeing a lot of this building. Moving to a hotel quite close to it, and just about every other place I want to hang out in and visit.
Experienced the delights of Korean cuisine? Take a guess at what I’ve been eating these past couple of days… Not a great deal, but what I have consumed has been done so with earnest calm.
